1. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

1.1. All orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day. Our sales manager will contact you to confirm your order.

1.2. Most orders are processed within two business days. In case of unforeseen technical issues, we will inform you of any delivery delays.

1.3. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods or holidays. If any changes occur, our sales manager will contact you.

1.4. Delivery to European countries is free of charge for orders over €200.

1.5. Full payment via PayPal is required for shipments to European countries.

1.6. Size exchanges are shipped free of charge.

1.7. We reserve the right to refuse service if it conflicts with the philosophy and values of our brand.

1.8. Customs regulations vary significantly between countries. Please contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Avecs, you are considered the “responsible importer” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the product is received.

1.9. If you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and/or fees, as well as the cost of returning the package to our address in Ukraine. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

2.1. Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase according to Ukrainian law, provided the packaging and the original condition of the product are preserved. Used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2.2. Returns and exchanges are handled via the postal services “Nova Poshta” or Ukrposhta.

2.4. For international shipments, the cost of return is borne by the buyer.

3. REFUNDS

3.1. After receiving the item and confirming that the return conditions are met, we will process the refund.

3.2. Refunds will be issued to the buyer’s PayPal account no later than 5 business days after the seller receives the returned item and confirms compliance with the return conditions.

3.4. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Any customs duties or taxes paid upon receipt of the goods are also non-refundable.
