RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The return and exchange of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, provided that the integrity of the packaging and the originality of the goods are preserved. Used goods are not subject to exchange or return.

Exchanges and returns are made using the "Nova Poshta" service.

When sending within Ukraine, select payment for transport services by the recipient of the parcel.

The parcel must contain the product with its packaging and accompanying accessories, as well as the shipping invoice.

When shipping from abroad, the return of the order is at the buyer's expense.
