Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. General Provisions
Data Management https://avecs.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") treats with great respect the confidential (personal) information of all persons without exception who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site; in connection with which we strive to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site's services for each user.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for processing personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding obtaining, accessing, making changes, blocking or deleting their personal data and dealing with any questions you may have regarding personal data protection practices.
When a user uses the Site's services, user data is processed, namely:
- data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services;
- cookies;
- IP addresses;
- Internet browser parameters and settings (User-agent).
The Site collects only those personal data (for example, your name and surname, login and access password, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you as the subject of personal data for the purpose of using the Site's services, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, constitutes the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.
All logins are recorded when visiting the Site. No other information about user traffic is processed or stored.
Processing of personal data
Processing and storage of personal data is carried out in data centers where equipment is located that ensures the functioning of the Site services. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Database or in a separate table of the Site Database.
Purposes of using personal data
Your personal data is used to ensure the provision of the Site's Internet services, exchange of information/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the implementation of the laws of Ukraine, including, but not limited to: "On the Protection of Personal Data", "On the Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data with regard to Supervisory Authorities and Transborder Data Flows", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On the Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunications Systems", "On State Support for the Mass Media and Social Protection of Journalists", as well as in accordance with the Rules for Using the Site.
Personal data retention period
Personal data is stored for a period slightly longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing it. Once the subject of personal data ceases to be a user of the Site by deleting his account on the Site, his personal data is also automatically deleted.
Use of cookies
A cookie is a text file or files containing a small amount of information that is sent to a web browser and stored on a user's device. Such devices may include a computer, mobile phone or other device through which the user visits the Site.
Cookies can be permanent (they are called persistent cookies) and are stored on the computer until the user deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), that is, they are stored only until the browser is closed. In addition, cookies are divided into primary (they are set directly by the visited Site) and third-party (they are set by other sites).
Safety of minors
The site is not intended for minors. We take security issues very seriously, especially regarding minors, and therefore, for our part, we ask parents to explain to their children the issues of Internet security, their specific purpose and the need to use certain services of the site.
Personal data protection
We use generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite all efforts, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against any threats arising outside the Site's control.
We ensure the application of all appropriate confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Terms of access to personal data
The user has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that the surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the individual submitting the request are indicated.
Rights of the personal data subject
We bring to your attention information about your rights as a personal data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", namely:
- to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to provide an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by them, except for cases established by law;
- receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred; to access their personal data;
- receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether personal data are being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
- submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
- to submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
- to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
- to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
- to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- to protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences.
To update, access, change, block or delete your personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data provided by you by the Site in accordance with this Policy, or if you have any comments, requests or complaints regarding your personal data processed by the Site, please contact: by email: contact.avecs@gmail.com
Policy Change
This Policy may be amended and supplemented periodically and without prior notice to the user, including due to changes in legal requirements.
In the event of material changes to this Site Policy, a notice will be posted on the Site and the effective date of these changes will be indicated. If you do not refuse to accept them in writing within the specified period, this will mean that you agree to the relevant changes to the Policy.
